6.3 Earnings for Performers
Performers receive earnings for digital services performed on the platform only. Payouts are made on a weekly basis once the minimum threshold is reached. We do not process or manage payments for physical/offline services.
7. Legal Disclaimer: Escorts and Pornstars

Escorts and pornstars are allowed to promote themselves on ClubX.nl. However:
- ClubX.nl has no involvement or interest in any private meetings, escort services, or in-person arrangements.
- We do not charge fees, process payments, or take commission on such services.
- We do not verify, approve, or endorse any offline activity that may result from user communication.
7.2 Liability Waiver
ClubX.nl shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or incident arising from:
- Private meetings between users
- Agreements made outside the platform
- Services rendered offline
8. Complaints and Takedown Requests
8.1 Reporting Violations
Users may report suspected violations or illegal content to: clubx@iamonlinebv.nl. Reports will be reviewed within 7 days.
8.2 Non-Consensual Content Removal
If your likeness appears in content without consent, you may submit a takedown request. Verified requests will be processed within 24 hours.
9. Anti-Trafficking and Exploitation Policy
9.1 Zero-Tolerance Commitment
ClubX.nl enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy against any form of exploitation, trafficking, or coercion.
9.2 Compliance & Verification
All performers must verify their identity and age before using the platform. We cooperate with relevant authorities where required.
